If the product has been in operation, it should be cleaned before being sent to us. Fill out the Service Form as comprehensively as possible, sign the cleaning declaration, and attach it along with the shipment. According to Cerlic’s environmental policy, our staff cannot handle materials lacking a signed cleaning declaration, and such materials will be returned without action. The sender is responsible for the shipping cost. NOTE: Our automatic sludge level meter CBX should be returned on a pallet, not in a cardboard box.
Upon receiving the product, we will assess the cost and send you a quotation. The final amount cannot be determined until we physically inspect the product, and the amount may change accordingly. However, we follow a simple rule that we will not proceed with repairs if the cost becomes so high that it would be more economical to purchase a new product instead.

Cerlic possesses unique expertise in handling custom-manufactured instruments. We aim to provide our customers with this expertise throughout the entire lifespan of the instrument by offering a service agreement.
We offer regular inspections with functional checks. We perform necessary calibrations that are documented in a quality-controlled protocol for each instrument, specifying the work undertaken. This protocol can serve as a basis for potential quality audits at your facility. This service visit can occur once or up to four times per year, ensuring the equipment functions optimally.

Please contact us before sending a product for return. We do not accept returns without prior agreement. Phone: 08-501 694 00 or email: email@example.com. The products must be unused and returned in undamaged original packaging. We generally apply a 25% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping.
